Suction Lances, Suction Assemblies and Level Switches for Low-Pressure Metering Pumps
The suction lance is installed at the lower end of the suction hose. It fixes the hose in the tank. This is particularly useful when there is a stirrer in the dosing tank. At the end of the suction lance is a foot valve with filter mesh. This protects the suction line from large particles and contaminants.
Suction assemblies are available with or without level monitoring.
The level switch signals the liquid level of the storage tank. In one-stage versions it transmits the signal when the tank is empty. In two-stage versions it also issues a warning before the tank is empty.

Level Switch Kit Complete, PVDF, Two-Stage with Round Connector or Lead
The level switch set can be ordered in conjunction with the DN 10 – DN 32 suction assemblies.
For level monitoring in the supply tank, two-stage with pre-warning alarm message and switch-off of the metering pump after a further 30 mm reduction in level.
